PALLADIUM – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be confident with every Palladium purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date received
  • Item must be unused, unplayed, and in original packaging
  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
  • Used paddles with scratches, chips, or grip wear are not eligible for return

Eligible Return Reasons

  • Wrong item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Missing items in the order

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used paddles
  • Opened or used pickleball balls
  • Clearance / sale items (unless defective)
  • Change of mind after use

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
  • Refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective
  • Wrong item sent

Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or wrong
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

How to Request a Return

  1. Message us with your Order Number
  2. Send photo/video proof of the issue
  3. Wait for return approval
  4. Ship item back following instructions

Important
Palladium paddles are performance equipment. Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect performance are not considered defects.
