PALLADIUM – Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be confident with every Palladium purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date received
- Item must be unused, unplayed, and in original packaging
- Must include original receipt or proof of purchase
- Used paddles with scratches, chips, or grip wear are not eligible for return
Eligible Return Reasons
- Wrong item received
- Manufacturing defect
- Missing items in the order
Non-Returnable Items
- Used paddles
- Opened or used pickleball balls
- Clearance / sale items (unless defective)
- Change of mind after use
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refund will be issued via original payment method or store credit
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is ours
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are:
- Defective
- Wrong item sent
Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective or wrong
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
How to Request a Return
- Message us with your Order Number
- Send photo/video proof of the issue
- Wait for return approval
- Ship item back following instructions
Important
Palladium paddles are performance equipment. Minor cosmetic marks that do not affect performance are not considered defects.
